I gave it a 4 just due to it being a good reasonable spot to get a burger in downtown DC. Just go into the building and take the elevators down. You have to go through security but worth it. There are 12 places or more to eat. Food was a 3 star.

Asked for napkins they said their was none when there was a stack right in front of us. The frise were alright but we found a hair in our food

I went here on a school trip and ordered the platter and the chicken wings were frozen in the middle, clearly rushed when cooking. I went and complained and then proceeded to wait there for another 10 minutes for them to cook a whole new meal and get some very dirty looks from the workers. The chicken wings did not taste very good anyways and were not worth the wait or the money. Would not eat here again and would not recommend.

Came here on a school Washington D.C trip. The food was average but the costumer service was far below average. The staff was very rude and impatient, I ordered a hamburger and French fries with a drink. However, mid-ordering when I said hamburger I quickly realized that I actually meant cheese burger. So I went and said "oh no I mean cheese burger" my statement was quickly followed by a "no you ask for hamburger so no cheeseburger". The throughly shocked me was in a state of surprise so I just didn't answer. Sooner or later I found out what you order doesn't really matter because they gave everyone on that trip the same meal. A cheeseburger combo. Then when the lady worker was assembling the vegetables on to the burger I asked for lettuce, tomato, onion, and... she cut me off here. Telling me I was too slow while ordering, since she insisted I was taking too much of her time I replied with a, "can I at least get some sauce" she then proceeded to squirt ketchup on my bun with the most irritated face I've ever received.
I'm not sure if they treated me rudely because we were part of the trip and had lunch tickets but, in the end we still payed for the food. It was part of the fee we had to pay to go to Washington. Overall I really wouldn't recommend this place for the service and food quality it's really not worth it. Besides there's a subway here! -

Roller Coaster Pricing!
So the menu here is very inconsistent. Food is average and I've had a few different items here. Burgers are really McDonalds level but flame broiled I guess.
The weird thing is the pricing. (I've included a picture of the menu)
Buy a double and the price of the extra meat is like $4 but then the combo is $2.50 extra.
Then if you order a single the exact same meal costs $3.50.
That's just kind of strange and questionable.
See for yourself. Look at my pic.
